What It Does

1. Provisions an EVM wallet via the Cabal API (using Privy server wallets)
2. Sets up the builder fee configuration for Hyperliquid
3. Returns the deposit address where you need to send funds

After Provisioning

1. Send USDC to the deposit address shown
2. Check your balance: cabal wallet --chain hl
3. Start trading: cabal trade -c hl --coin BTC --side buy --size 0.01 --yes
